Lead Analysis Fund, L.P. (the “Fund”), is a Delaware Limited Partnership formed in January 2006. Lead Capital, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, is the Fund’s sole General Partner and conducts the Fund’s business activities.

The General Partner has complete authority to manage the Fund’s business and investing and trading activities.

The objective of the fund is to seek short-term capital appreciation via active trading of securities. The Fund seeks to achieve its objective by investing in U.S. and non-U.S. companies, including investments in financial instruments known as derivative instruments such as options. This Fund may not be appropriate for some investors, especially those with a low tolerance for risk or volatility.

The Fund seeks to achieve its objective primarily trading options; however, there are no restrictions on the Company’s investments.

The Fund offers Limited Partnership Interests (“Interests”) to a limited number of sophisticated individuals and entities who are “accredited” investors within the meaning of Regulation D under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”). The offering will continue until suspended or terminated by the General Partner. The minimum initial investment is $250,000 and the minimum additional investment is $100,000. New Limited Partners will be admitted as of the first business day of each calendar month (or at such other times as the General Partner may allow). The General Partner reserves the right to apply additional standards for admission to the Fund for new Partners, and may in its sole discretion waive or reduce these requirements.
